How to get here

Travel to the end of the A95 and then stay on the B2. In the Farchanter Tunnel, travel towards “Ortsteil Partenkichen, Innsbruck Mittenwald“ and keep driving straight until you get to the end of the town. Then take the exit onto Wildenauerstrasse towards the Ski Stadium. You’ll find us after 100 metres on the right-hand side. Follow the blue arrows in the hotel guidance system.

From Munich to Garmisch, taxis are waiting in front of the train station, or you can take the city bus lines 1 or 2 towards the clinic. Get off at the stop "Wildenauerstraße." Walk 100 meters further in the direction of the bus, and you'll be at our location.

Munich Franz Josef Strauss airport or Innsbruck airport. Then take the “Mein Fernbus” to Garmisch.

Perfect location in Garmisch-Partenkirchen

In 5 minutes you can get to the Olympic Ski Stadium, where the world-famous New Year’s ski jumping event takes place. The same applies to the Eckbauerbahn, the “romantic railway” that takes you to many hiking trails.

In 20 minutes (on foot) you’ll be standing at the entrance to the impressive Partnach Gorge or in the historical centre of the Ludwigstraße with lovely cafés or restaurants serving hearty, Bavarian food. The Leiner's family hotel is also an ideal starting point for hikes, bike tours, ski tours and cross-country skiing excursions. You can always start directly from the hotel.

Convenient with the local bus

Skiing in Bavaria

Travel to the ski region on the free local bus that leaves from opposite the hotel. You have to change once if you want to go to the Hausberg but the bus goes all the way to Kreuzeck. You can also reach the Hausberg in the ski region in approx. 10 to 15 minutes by car (parking spaces available).

If you book a ski course, the ski school teachers will pick up your children and bring them back to the hotel at the end of the day.

The journey to the Zugspitze takes approx. 20 minutes by car or you can take the cog railway from Garmisch train station.
