A family sauna with its own climate zone

The radiant heat and heatable draft in the organic sauna at approx. 60 °C create different climate zones – cooler for families and children, hotter for adults. Warm benches and a pleasant humidity also provide a wonderful feel-good climate. A large lamp conjures up fantastic light points.

Finnish wooden sauna

A finnish wooden sauna invites you to sweat comfortably. At around 90 °C it is only for adults. In the sauna, a vitalizing microclimate mixes humidification and ambient air that allows you to experience absolute well-being. This special climate is created especially for our guests. Healthy for skin, circulation and muscles.

Next to the glacier relaxation area are the experience showers where you can enjoy a shower experience with light effects. In the wellness area, you’ll find teas and water. In addition, beer and "radler" are available to you at any time in our refrigerator (for purchase) as a “sauna digestif”.

Free for our guests

Yoga for young & old

We offer yoga classes for our guests every Friday from May until the beginning of November and also during winter season (except 01.11.2024).

The yoga classes are led by Julia Wanninger and are equally accessible to parents and children. The classes are free of charge and each last one hour or 45 minutes for children.

Julia Wanninger will teach classic Hatha Yoga, a combination of physical exercises, breathing exercises and meditation. In the yoga positions we will work on strength, stability and mobility. We offer a separate yoga class for the children. Here we will playfully travel through colorful worlds and stories, rediscover our breath and learn to consciously relax.

Yoga for children from 09.15.-10.00 a.m. (in winter: 03.15-04.00 p.m.)
Yoga for adults from 10.15-11.15 a.m. (in winter: 04.15-05.15 p.m.)
