All inclusive & culinary
What do the prices in the price list include?
An extensive breakfast buffet with speciality coffees, lunch or lunch package (adults and children), afternoon buffet with cakes and snacks, 5-course set menu in the evening (incl. salad buffet) and non-alcoholic drinks all day long from the drinks station in the restaurant. Additional children’s buffet option in the evenings.
Can we take food allergies into consideration?
We will be happy to provide, for example, lactose-free or gluten-free food. Please notify us well in advance of your arrival of any food intolerances suffered by you or your children. Please also notify the child-minders of any allergies. We also have beds for allergy sufferers and down-free pillows.
Can we have lunch on the day of arrival or departure?
Yes, of course.
Are dogs also welcome?
You’re welcome to bring your four-legged friends with you. The costs are € 20.00 per day, excluding food
Four-legged colleagues are welcome to me. From Leiner's, you can also take great walks, maybe we can meet by the river sometime?
Childcare & facilities
What facilities are available for children?
As a baby specialist, it’s particularly important for us to provide as much as possible for you. Our facilities include a cot, changing mat, kettle, night light, bottle warmer, nappy bin, baby phone, buggies, pushchairs and carriers, a vaporiser to hire. Whether for babies, toddlers or kids – you won't miss anything with us.
Can younger siblings under 3 stay in the childcare with their older siblings beyond the designated times for baby care?
This must be discussed on an individual basis with our child-minders. It depends on how settled the younger ones are in the childcare and how many other children are registered. We’ll address your requests if this is in any way possible.
Can our children remain in the childcare until lunchtime on the day of departure?
Children can remain in the childcare the whole day on the day of departure.
Where can we hire bikes?
Approx. 10 minutes from the hotel is a bike shop in Partenkirchen.

Pediatrician service
If your baby should ever be unwell, don't worry as the Garmisch-Partenkirchen Hospital with an excellent pediatric department is just 200 meters away, and we collaborate with a pediatrician from Garmisch.
Winter & skiing
How far away are the ski school and ski region?
The Garmisch Classic ski region can be reached in 10 minutes by car. You can also take the free local bus to the ski region but have to change once. Ski lessons also take place in the Garmisch Classic ski region and the ski schools are directly on site. We mainly work with the Skischule Krinninger and Skischule Sprenzel. They pick your children up from the hotel and bring them back again after the lesson. Children’s ski lessons generally run until 1:00 p.m.; whole-day courses rarely take place.
Where can we rent equipment?
Skis can be rented in the Garmisch Classic region and on the Zugspitze.
Our cancellation conditions
- For cancellations up to 8 weeks before arrival, we will return the prepayment of 20 %.
- For cancellations between 8 weeks before arrival and 6 weeks before arrival, we will retain the prepayment of 20 %.
- For cancellations between 6 weeks before arrival and 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge 40 % of the arrangement price.
- For cancellations between 4 weeks and 14 days before arrival, we will charge 60 % of the arrangement price.
- For cancellations up to 2 days in advance, we will charge 80 % of the arrangement price.
- For later cancellations, we will charge 100 % of the of the arrangement price.
